Pear Mojito
Ingredients
- 50ml light or golden rum (leave this out for a 'virgin' version)
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- 25ml simple syrup
- A third to ½ of a mashed fresh pear or pear purée (depending on size)
- Top up with Peartiser
How
- Put the lime juice, simple syrup and mint leaves in a tall glass, and gently mash with a pestle or the back of a wooden spoon.
- Add the mashed pear or purée, ice cubes and the rum.
- Top up with Peartiser.
- If using purée, the simple syrup should be reduced to 12.5ml.
