Simple Syrup
Ingredients
- 2 parts sugar
- 1 part water
How
- Bring the water to a boil in a pan.
- Add the sugar and stir as it simmers.
- Once the sugar has completely dissolved, remove the pan from the heat.
- Leave it to cool before using the syrup in a cocktail recipe.
