Pear Mojito

Peartiser

Ingredients

  • 50ml light/golden rum (leave out the rum for a virgin version)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 25ml simple syrup
  • A third to ½ of a mashed fresh pear (depending on size) or
  • Top with Peartiser

How

  1. Put the lime juice, simple syrup and mint leaves in a tall glass and gently mash with a muddler
  2. Add mashed pear or puree, ice and rum
  3. Finally top up with Peartiser
  4. If using puree, the simple syrup should be reduced to 12.5ml
